Application Procedure

 

Evansville Adventist Academy welcomes students interested in a Christian education, who are found qualified for admission, and who agree and whose parents agree that the student shall abide by the rules and philosophy of the school. It must always be understood that attendance at EAA is a privilege and not a right. 

 

ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Schedule an interview and tour. This introductory meeting takes about one hour, and you will have an opportunity to ask questions and meet our staff.

 

COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM

All parents of new students will need to click on this LINK and create a FACTS Family Portal account. If you currently have one, use that to log in. You will complete a new student APPLICATION. A fee of $50 will need to be paid in the school office for all new and returning students. The school board will review your application. If your child is accepted, then you will log back into the Family Portal from the email you received and complete the ENROLLMENT. The enrollment fee is $115 for all students due by July 31. 

 

Upon acceptance, a copy of the student's insurance card, birth certificate and immunization records will also be required.

EAA is a participant in the Indiana Choice Scholarship Program.  If eligible, a student may have a substantial amount of their tuition covered by this program.  Eligibility depends largely on household income requirements and other criteria.  Call us at 812.297.1915 or email the registrar at debbie@evansvillecad.org for more information!
